Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information when you visit this website or contact us.
This website collects nothing. This notice explains the small amount of personal data that still arises when any website is served, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
The data controller is KWFO Limited, registered in Gibraltar under number 114154, with its registered office at Suite 4, Second Floor, The West Wing, Montarik House, 3 Bedlam Court, Gibraltar GX11 1AA.
For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at george.katzaros@zerowatthomes.com.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no account and no search. The site sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner. It loads no fonts, scripts, media or other files from third parties, so visiting these pages sends no data to anyone else.
The only personal data that arises is the standard server log our hosting provider, Netlify, records whenever any web page is served: typically the visitor’s IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser used. We do not use analytics.
Why, and on what basis
Those logs exist so the site can be served securely and reliably. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Where you write to us at the address above, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message in order to reply.
Who it is shared with, and where it is held
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. The server logs are held by Netlify, which operates infrastructure outside the UK and the EEA; those transfers are covered by Netlify’s standard data processing terms. Correspondence sent to the address above is handled by the email provider for that domain.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider retains them for security and reliability purposes. Correspondence is kept only for as long as it is needed to deal with the matter it concerns.
Your rights
Subject to certain conditions, you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to its processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these, use the contact address above.
You also have the right to complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, which is Gibraltar’s data protection supervisory authority, at gra.gi.
